“Heavy Smasher” is the debut full-lenght released by the Brazilian, Fortaleza-based Heavy Metal band HEAVY SMASHER. “Heavy Smasher” comes with nine tracks; four of them are rerecordings of the tracks from the debut EP, “Smasher And Loud” (2018) and five are brand new compositions.

Transpiring the best from the traditional Heavy Metal taught by Dio, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden and Accept, but without forget the quest for its own identity as a band, “Heavy Smasher” is a summary and also the apex of the first decade of existence of the group, mixing old and new songs that portray different moments, since the raw, energic beginning until the most recente years, with a developed maturity and new worked elements. The lyrics sung by Heavy Smasher display since diverse instances of life among the society and personal dramas until the celebration to Heavy Metal and to the power that this musical style has to motivates us and to be a source of joys and satisfactions among the chaos of the world and of the daily life.

The cover artwork (except for the band's logo) was created by the graphic artist Leandro Cotta. Each element on the artwork makes reference to one of the nine tracks of “Heavy Smasher” and it carries also an “easter egg” which pays tribute too one of our greatest teachers and influencers.
